Hi, I’m Andrea (she/her)!

I’m a licensed psychologist providing virtual therapy in the state of California. I work with individuals and couples to build more fulfilling, connected lives. Whether you’re navigating uncertainty, seeking deeper intimacy, or working through patterns that no longer serve you, therapy can help you move forward in a meaningful way.

My style is client-centered and authentic. I believe that change happens in the context of a safe and trusting relationship, and I prioritize creating an environment where you feel genuinely seen, heard, and respected. Together, we’ll explore what matters most to you and work toward the changes you want to see.

About Me

I’m passionate about understanding what makes relationships work—and what gets in the way. Over the past 10+ years, I’ve researched social support, how we connect with each other, and loneliness. My work has explored everything from the neuroscience of empathy to why our own thoughts sometimes sabotage our closest relationships. This research deeply informs how I approach therapy and helps me understand the patterns that keep people stuck.

Throughout my training, I’ve been fortunate to work with people in many different settings. I’ve provided therapy in clients’ homes, worked in outpatient mental health clinics, spent time at the VA supporting veterans, and worked in an early psychosis intervention program. Each experience taught me something new about what it means to meet someone where they are. These diverse experiences have given me tools from different evidence-based approaches, so I can adapt our work together to fit what you need.
